30 days have passed since "card prod. order" email

I applied to renew my EAD on Nov. 1 and I got the "card production order" email a little over a month ago. When I called the 800 number they made a service request on my behalf and asked me not to call for another 30 days. They also said it may take less than 30 days to arrive. Since I normally get my EAD within a month of applying, should I reapply again or wait for them to resend it?? How long does it normally take them to resend it?

You don't need to reapply, unless you have a special connection to the EAD production line, just wait till USCIS send you the card. Of course, unless you have some money to throw down the pit, go ahead...:(

Ok Thanks Al. I don't have to pay for it though because I paid the new fees for my AOS application that's been pending since Nov. 2007...
