I applied Green Card for my parents. They entered US on B visa
more than 30 days but less than 60 days when I applied.
Then I found some articles about 30/60 day rules. Most of
the examples are for marriage based GC. I think technically
the 30/60 day rule also applied to my parents' application.
Does anyone have knowledge or experience about parents
immigration? Does the 30/60 day rule matter in parents
immigration cases?
