Hello friends,
I have 3 yrs bachelor degree (B.Sc.) and have approved labor (P.D. Nov 04) from my current Employer A.
I came across Company B which is willing to provide pre-approved labor with current priority date.
Labor certificates do not mention 'Number of years' of study. But, only indicate 'Bachelor's' degree which is supposed to be 4 yrs as per USCIS.
My predicament is, How safe is it to go for a pre-approved labor on a 3 yrs degree ? What are the precautions do I need to take while filing I-140 ?
Is it safer to just use the labor(which doesn't mention the 'number of years' for study either) that was filed for me ?
Could you please advise ?
Thanks.
