The basics:
I am UK citizen. Was in the states for 4 years married to my US husband, filed I-130 and I-485. Moved house and USCIS didnt get our change of address and forms were returned, they closed our case.
Returned to UK for 2.5 years, husband then had to go to US permanently for work in Nov 07 and I have to stay here to complete professional training till end 2010.
If we apply for I-130 at beginning of 2010 - are the USCIS going to approve our application, or not like the fact that we have been apart for so long.
Secondly, I want to visit with our 3 kids in summer 2009 - what paperwork do I have to complete - bearing in mind I overstayed before we filed our I-130 the first time.
