3 year H1B extension with company B using company A I140 copy

Hi All,

Currently i am on 7th Year H1B extension, I have approved LC and I140 under EB3 category with Company A and would like to join company B.

1.Can i get three year extension with company B using the approved I140 copy of company A?

2.When the company B applies for GC under EB2 and transfer my existing company A LC PD to EB2
what would happen to the company A LC and I140? Would it get cancelled or how will it stand?

3.After working for sometime with company B (if something go bad)can i go back to company A and continue my GC where i had left?

1. Yes.
2. That will be available for porting PD as long as the company A does not revokes it.
3. Yes. If company B's I-140 get approved and they do not revoke that, you can file I-485 as an EB2 case.

what happens to company A's I-140 after transferring PD.
Would it get cancelled.

Can i go back later to Company A(if something goes wrong with company B) and resume the GC process.
