Here is my question with 140 approval.
I applied GC on future employment based category through a employer B.
My 140 got approved/485 filed and got EAD. Currently I'm working on H1(8th year extension) for a employer A. I have pending labour with Employer A, based upon which currently I'm getting every year, one year H1 extension. Can I apply for 3 year extension based on the approval of 140 with the employer B. If yes, do I need to transfer my h1 to employer B first and then apply for extension. What is the best way.
