3 year degree

Hi All,

are there any I140 approvals with 3 year degree plus 1 year certification course (when labor cert says bachelor degree or equivalent)? I am noticing service centers are not accepting combination of degree for bachelor's equivalency. I see lot of I140 denials on this basis but I would like to know if there are any approvals.

where did you see lot of denials? I have many friends who got GCs too without hassles with JUST 3 years DEGREE not even any diplomas.
Its all depend on Edu evaluation.

Three are from Vermont i.e.2001 ,

one guy from CA Oct 2002

And we also got approval info from TAMILPAYYAN over this forum (vermont service center -I140)...
