Hi i have 3 questions.

when someone go to the interview for N-400, and the interviewer ask for his Green card and his passport. and when the interviewer look at the Visa on the passport and see it expired while he was filing for his green card is this can be a problem for the N-400 (Citizenship) ??? on other word. if somebody came on K-3 Visa, (good for 2 years) and then he dint file for his green card during this 2 years and his visa expired, but he filed after the visa expired for his Green card and he got his green card with no problem ! now when he file for his citizenship can it be a problem !!! because someone told me ... they asked him why he dint apply for his green card while the visa was good. and then he got Denied. on his Citizenship because of this too, is this true or he's dreaming?
--------------------------------------

During the Interview for the Citizenship is it possible for the interviewer to ask the Applicant a very very personal questions?? because someone told me he got asked very very personal questions. Like.. when did u have SEX with ur wife ?? .. can this be possible or Imposible???
--------------------------------------

about the tax return.. we know tax return has to much papers. do i have to send them all when i apply for my citizenship or there is a certain papers i can send instead to send all the papers??

Oh let me Add something too, when somebody applying for his citizenship do u think the interviewer will have his old file for his Green Card? AOS... or no really !!! i mean the interviewer will check the AOS and N-400 to see if the questions match or no ?

Thank you

Yes, they have your GC file even those nonimmigration visa files. I don't think they have time to go thru in details but they will quickly review them and perhaps concentrate on some sensitive and important issues.
Family based GC may be examined more thoroughly than employment based GC. Normally a GC should be file when the applicant is in good standing but AOS is allowed for out of status people under some conditions.
They want to make sure GC was issued correctly.

If you have doubt you can file N400 after 5 years from GC issurance because they have 5 years to revoke it otherwise they need to go to court to recoke it if the GC was issued by mistake.

Many stuff you mentioned you heard are just unconfirmed hearsays even though people may pass them with good faith they are true.

I agree with WBH. Let me also add that the bottom line is to properly disclose all material facts and truthfully answer N-400 questions (just remember that USCIS does know all of your immigration history and also can access additional data via other federal /state agencies)...otherwise, you will be in this situation:

Yes, IO can easily access your A-file and prior immigration events including AOS ....if IO wants to investigate your case.

On tax returns, i think IRS tax transcripts should be sufficient. You can obtain them by calling IRS 1-800 for free.

If in doubt regarding eligibility, wait for 5 year rules.

Actually, once the 5 years have passed, if it was issued by mistake they cannot revoke it even if they take you to court. After the 5 years, they have to show that there was actual fraud; they cannot revoke it based on facts they already knew when you applied. However, even if it is more than 5 years, they can still deny your N-400 if they find that the GC was mistakenly granted.
