Hello all!!
I got my citizenship last Friday and am in the process of filling out paperwork for my wife. I have three questions -
#1) My wife is a Canadian citizen, hence got her I20 stamp at the airport itself. There seems to be no visa number. So in the place of the Visa# what should I put in? Also the form asks for my alien#. Do I put that in or send in a copy of my certificate of citizenship?
#2) Can I only file 130 and 485 (Not the 765 or 131)?
#3) Since I am filing both 130 and 485 together, do I send them to the same place (Chicago Lockbox since I live in NJ) or do I send the 485 to the Lockbox and the 130 to Vermont. But if I do that, I am confused as to how USCIS will be able to link the two applications together?
I know some of these may appear obvious, but I am a newbie with this (but fairly well versed in the N400 and citizenship domain) and promise to reciprocate the favor. ANY hints on the above will be greatly appreciated.
