3 months passed, no receipt, USCIS says they have no record of my case.
BTW, my wife has even received her EAD, everything required (she is primary applicant.)
In case, USCIS lost it, what can be our recourse,
1) wait until PD is current?
2) reapply without PD being current?
Very much value anybody's time and advice here.
