I am posting 3EAD information on the web from a user on Rupnet.
Just so that it helps rest of you who have filed for 3 EAD.

"Dear All,
By now you guys already know that if you register with USCIS and you add your receipt number, you will receive email confirmation from them when your application status change. I have received the following email from them after they approved my 3rd EAD yesterday. I applied for this EAD on Feb 13th, 2004. Thank god they approve it. My EAD supposed to expire beginning of next month. I was very worried. Anyway I am cutting and pasting my email for you guys. Take a look if you haven't received one yet. Take care and have a great day.
