3 Different Approvals.

Looks like CIS is approving cases filed in 3 different categories.

1)I-140/I-485 : Concurrent filers - Mostly 2004 Filers
Lucky Ones Last In First Out :) :)


2)2003 Feb-May Filers : FP's are expiring , so want to clear them to avoid 2nd fp?

Slightly Lucky :)


3)Regular pending Filers Sep 2001- Sep 2002.
Unclucky Ones :eek:

First In last out : Keep paying uncle sam taxes..
 
Oh well. I just hope one day the CIS "officers" who do it to us go themselves through the same nasty situation. I hope they at least go to prison for some time and experience the wait.
 
I have not seen any wac -04 approvals. I dont think the concurrent ones in 04 are getting approved apart from the pilot program.

Kashmir reported recently there were quite a few 04 approvals but I am not sure if they are concurrent or not?
 
not only IIOs are evil

I hope one day lawyers go to the same ( or other ) prison as IIOs. I think I was supposed to be a 'slightly lucky'. My lawyers got RFE for me 45 days before my FP expired and they sent it to CIS the next day after FP exp. Now I am tranferred from 'slightly lucky' to 'poor'.
