2nf RFE for Nov-01

I contacted congressman last week, not sure because of that INS touched my case.....On 5th Apr RFE is issued for my case.
Online message is changed.

How long does it take to recv RFE by mail??

I have changed job, after 2yrs of filing 485. But didn't informed INS.( As I got RFE for employment verification, which was already replied.) Do I need to file AC-21 now , in response to RFE?

Does anybody know immigration lawyer in OH area?

I got letter from congressman also , it says I will recv RFE within 30days. So atleast congressman enqiry gave life to my dead case. If anybody in the same boat, my advice is "contact local congressman", it will definately gives some push to case officers
