Hello all,
My 485 is pending with CSC. I am the primary and my spouse had also applied with me as dependent. I had filled out a form I-134 along with the 485 applicaiton as affidavit of support.
Now, I need to send one I-134 back home to a relative to apply for visitor visa.
In Sec. 9 and 10 it asks the history of the I-134 flled out before.
Sec.9 is asking if I have previously submitted Aff. of support and
Sec. 10 is asking if I have submitted visa petition on behalf of anyone.
QUESTION:
Where should I put the fact about the form that I filled for my wife when we did I-485? Sec.9 or 10?
