2nd Time FP, 70 days gone ,File Still on Shelf

Talk to II today. File is still in shelf. Not gone to II. She is very stub urn and not willing to give any more details. She says wait for 30 days more and call

Any one in same situation?

Please suggest some ideas
 
Are they waiting for you also on your wife\'s FP

Are they waiting for your approval (assuming that you are primary applicant) also for your wife\'s FP If your FP done Okay?

I am also in similar situation: Mine FP done, Wife\'s FP not done..
So curious enough to find out whether they will do your\'s first.

My wife did second FP on 12 Apr 2001. No news yet. Spoke to IIO
twice. They were useless. Asked me to wait 30 - 60 days both times.

I think they process both the primary and dependent at the same time.
This is frustating as hell.

Did you and your wife applied 485 together. When did you do your FP?
What is your ND for 485...

I did talked to IIO sometimes in past and they said (even lawyers have same opinion) that primary applicant\'s approval doesn\'t depend on the seconadry applicant\'s FP....
Try to talk to IIO about that and at least get your 485 approval..

EB2, RIR, India, ND: 02/09/00, FP: 03/13/01, Wife\'s 2nd FP: 04/16/01
Waiting waiting and waiting. Called IIO a few times. Always wait for 4-6 wks.
