I just received a 2nd RFE email from CIS on my I-140. This is really frustrating. Is there any way I can get the RFE details over the phone? Can my lawyer or employer call the CIS and inquire ?
I just received a 2nd RFE email from CIS on my I-140. This is really frustrating. Is there any way I can get the RFE details over the phone? Can my lawyer or employer call the CIS and inquire ?
It happend to me and me and my lawyer called them and we were told that they have to request a copy of the file and only after that they can tell us what's going on with the second RFE. It basically takes 2-3 working days meantime u'll receive from original from them.
