2nd RFE???

NOw I received yet another email from them saying they have send a notcie on my wife's case for more info.. blah blah blah which means another RFE is issued for her case!!
Anyone ever experienced 2 RFE's before?

This is old case... and its really painfull situation and we all understand that.

Think in this way that all grapes are not sweet., it may take little bit more time to become sweeter .......so be patient and pray....

I have seen some time ago, a guy having received 1st FP, then RFE, then 2nd FP and then RFE and finally approval.

Ask your Attorney to contact through AILA liason after replying the RFE. It seems to have helped a few...

You can't expect more patience from Aug2001 filer. some retard in USCIS is making sure that he will make record for working the most time in a single case. I485 processing is not a 'organic' thing like grape. There is a process to follow, and if one can approve in 1 year and other in 3 years, then there is a BIG problem with one of them.
