2nd RFE for ND 12/98. Any idea what it would be ?

First RE they asked letter from employer, pay stuff, w2 and G325 and aff.support for my wife.

I sent it on 7/19, the message changed on 7/25 that they received.

Yes, Automatic message changed. My details EB2-India, PD 5/97, ND 12/98, FD done 5/99, Frist RFE 6/16, VSC Recv 7/25, 2nd RFE 8/10. My lawyer didn\'t get the notice yet. I will post what they asked.

In your first RFE, did they say the reason for the documents as
the evidence that your wife will not be a public charge?

I too received an RFE for that reason but, I was asked for
employer letter, W2 and tax returns for three yrs and bank letter
(or some other simmilar evidence for which I sent three months
bank statements).

If it is the same reason for both of us, why did they ask different
documents? Do you think they are asking all these documents in
multiple RFEs instead of requesting them all at once? I think it
would be much clear when you know what the second RFE is about.
It would be very frustating if the second RFE is for a totally
different reason.

I havn\'t yet received the result of my first RFE. Hope it would be approvals.

I am also in same boat. message got updated on 8/10/00 for 2nd RFE. My first RFE for Emp. Letter,Biographic Info, W2 and latest tax return, 3 most recent pay stubs.

It\'s weird and very frustating.

Folks, Please your share your info once you get the RFE.
