I know USCIS states that you can only have 12months of OPT on each education level. However, I heard that if there is a break on your F1 status for more than 1 year, then you will be eligible for a 2nd OPT at the same educational level, i.e. you can apply for another OPT for your second Master degree. Can anyone verify this for me?
