2nd marriage green card for same spouse (gave up prior one)

Hi -

My spouse and I were married in the US in 2015 and she got her green card via the adjustment of status process as she was on a student visa (we filed I-130 + I-485 back then). We then left the US before her green card became permanent to move back to her country, so she abandoned her green card with an I-407 in 2017.

Now, we're moving back to the US and applying for another green card for her (from abroad, this time). We move too much, I know!

I'm nearly done with her I-130 and I-130A but I have a few questions:

- Is there any way for us to track down her A number from a few years ago? We don't have any records from that time unfortunately so I'd need to find it online or ask USCIS somehow. Alternatively, is it fine for us to leave the A number blank and let USCIS figure it out in their systems on their end?

- For proving our bona fide marriage, is there any way to point out to USCIS that we had already been approved for a green card five years back (by USCIS, so I imagine they'd have a record of this), or do we need to provide all those bona fide marriage documents all over again? We have a child now so it should be pretty easy, but just wondering...

- I know waiting times are extremely long now, but in general is it faster to submit the marriage I-130 and I-130A via mail to the Dallas lockbox, or via the online system? We can do either. (Applying from abroad.)

Thank you!
