2nd LUD on I-485 but no change in status

Hello,

I've noticed an LUD Dated 12/30/2007 on my I485 but the case status is still pending. My FP was done on 11/14/2007 and 1st LUD was of 11/15/2007.

Is it a goood sign? Can I assume my Name Check is cleared?

Had similar Experience on the Infopass date 12/21/07 when they mentioned that my pictures were required. After giving Pics on same day saw the LUD but it mentioned the same message that case transfered to Nebraska and will notify us. Again on 12/26/07 there was LUD with same message and no change.

It seems that someone is working on file and keeping the Fingers crossed.

Just wait for few more days and then go for Infopass with information you have. It workls and will you get the the update also.

I just noticed that there is LUD change on 12/27/07 for both my and my wife's 485 application. no status change however. not sure if it means someone is working on the case. hopefully it is a positive development. thanks.
