2nd job change while 485 pending :(

Company A sponsored my I-140 and I-485. After 140 approved and 485 pending for a year, I moved to company B doing the same type of job as with A. Now 485 is still pending, but unfortunately I have to leave B and join C (B is currently in very bad financial situation and not willing to support my filing of AC-21). C has agreed to provide employment verification letter for my AC-21. I was wondering if I could get any trouble from USCIS for approval of 485 due to the lack of emplyment verification with B, even though I have one from C.

Any information and advice is greatly appreciated.

Is this an approval of I-485 ??

I checked my I-485 status online today and see the following information. I was wondering if this indicates my case has been approved...I have been misled by USCIS' message a couple times, so see if any of you on this forum have got a same/similar message. Thanks for your response!


Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On November 13, 2006, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Yep, it looks USCIS finally updated it's messages in the database...

this message changed for us and it looks like it's the new equivalent of "the document we made based on approval/registration of this case was directly mailed"....

as if the original message wasn't confusing enough (it reflected FP Notice mails getting missed)...the new one is even more confusing....
