2nd Inquiry to CIS

My Lawyer sent a 2nd Inquiry to CIS last week. They said if they dont respond in 15 days then they will submit a 3rd one to AILA.

Now would that make any difference or they are simply running around for no reason...
 
I did 2nd level FAX inquiry myself

I got response..
Application is pending for detailed review with CSC. Allow 90 days before submitting another inquiry.

I don't know what to do next..

I got the same letter from CIS two days ago. Are you from one of those countries that require special registration?

LUD: 7/27 -- 8/17 -- 8/27 -- 8/30 -- 9/09
 
Did you got a fax or a mail letter from CIS

I got both

FAX response and letter from CIS. I guess I'm stuck in name check..

No I'm not from country which requires special registration.
Will keep you all posted.
