2nd i140 pending, pd xfer, can file 485 with original PD?

Here is my situation:
Emp-1:
PD: Nov'04
EB3, I140 approved, Aug07

Emp-2:
PERM LC: Approvd Apr08
I140 filed and pending
PD xfer(Nov04) requested

Appreciate your help..
please let me know, if my old PD becomes current (e.g. Jan05) in coming month and my second I140 is still pending, can I still file i485? or I have to wait until I140 is approved before filing I485 based on my old PD?

Emp-1 is still willing to file I485, if required.

Whenever your priority date become current you can file I-485 with employer 2. My understanding is that you already requested the transfer of priority date from employer 1 in your I-140 application and pursue the GC with employer 2.

u right, i have filed I140 with Employer-2 and requested for PD xfer to my old PD (Nov04); however please help me remove couple of confusions:

if in Jun (hopefullY..) PD processing for EB2 reaches Jan05
considering the fact that my new I140 (with PD xfer request) is still pending
can I file 485 (employer-2)? given that I already requested for PD xfer to Nov04, which will be well within processing date.

I am in the exact situation as OP (sanam9696)

Heres my Details:

Emp-1:
PD : 10th Nov'04
EB3, I140 approved : July 2005

Emp-2:
PERM LC, Approvd : July 2007
EB-2, Regular I-140 filed with PD xfer (Nov04) requested : Oct 2007

EB2 I-40 is still Pending at TSC
I-485 is Current per recent update ( June 2006 ) based on my first PD.

I have missed the train twice due to employer issues and dont want to be the third timer.

Guru's please tell me what are my options:
1) Can I file for I-485 based on on my first PD.

your help is greatly appreciated.
 
I am in the ame situation

Can someone pl. help here. My PD for the first labor from my old company for which I-140 approval was received is Sep 2005. I have filed a new I-140 with my new company for porting PD in Mar 2008. Do I have to wait for my second I-140 approval or can I file 485 based on my old PD.

Appreciate a quick help here..
