I'm currently working under an H1B visa for an US employer. Along with a friend of mine (US citizen) we're thinking of starting a new business.
1. Is it possible for the new company to sponsor a second H1B visa?
2. With the current PERM procedure and all, is it possible for the new company to apply for the Green Card directly without having to go through the H1B process first?
