One prominent immigration attorney ( American ) replied to my chat question of approval after 2nd FP and his reply was :

when VSC will reach to finish your case ,then they may/will ask for employment letter and pay stub.

I think this means case is not asigned when we receive 2nd FP right after completion of 15 months or may be after 15 months ( unless it is after receiving reference ) and there is long wait and see that case gets asigned and officer awakes along with his pleasant mind to finish the case.

Cases Not assigned to Officer Yet and who have completed 15Mos after FP would be re-issued FP2 automatically.

Cases Assigned to an Officer would be issued FP2[if need be], which normally would be cases where in FP2 is after 16+mos or so....!!

Have you noticed if your online message updated or not? It looks some got updated, some not. It's kind of confusing. Do you have any thoughts about this?

my online message even not updated today also . It is old. what is the guess that case got asigned to officer and he/she will approve ? real pain every day ...

Once FP2 is done, I guess for these people FP2 is not reflected online.

This is just my understanding based on the postings here and pattern of approval.

Most of the FP2 are approved after 1-1.5mos, but some unlucky ones take much longer, while some lucky ones got approved in a week.

hi guys

i had second FP on Jul 8 schedule on jul 25 went early the BCIS online status was updated as Rx FP results on Jul16th .
MY RD : Jan-15-2002 EB2 VSC

but i think since lots of people are now in the 2nd FP pool and we are seeing various situations i think we should soon get a clear idea as to how things will shape up after 2n FP
