Why do you want to have your 2nd FP when no one asked you to do it?
I sometimes wondering if we are the problem of creating this back log by sending none requested Refs, try to get 2nd FP when no one ask to do it, Posting something stupid question like how do I trick INS, I am laid-off and what is the probability that INS ask me employment letter (Yes they wont trust all of us anymore and I don’t blame them issuing more refs than approvals).
This is a public site and anyone can read what we are trying to ask and got info.
In your case by asking or trying to get the second FP you are wasting some valuable time which can be used to process real cases starting from sorting your mail and answering your concerns and so on.
