Hi Guys:

Has anyone received fingerprint notice after calling TSC? I spoke to IO office at TSC and she request an FP to be sent to me since my 1st FPs have expired. I was wondering whether anybody has recieved FPs after speaking to IO.

Just wanted to check or this is again something which cannot be believed?

same here

I called TSC today to check status of my NC and I485. The IO said, my NC and everything is clear, all I need to do is do 2nd FP since my 1st one is expired. My case should be good for approval..hmm ;)

I have done infopass, called the 1800 cust service and opened SR, and called TSC IO. On one call to TSC IO, she said she was resending me FP notice which neither my lawyer nor me received, and my lawyer got the notice today (about a month later), but we have not received our copy as yet. WHile there is no way to say for sure that the TSC IO call did this, I feel this was the most probable way we got it reissued, not the SRs

Thanks istrategist. Infact, it was your post that prompted me to call TSC and ask for FP. My infopass guy said he would send a mail for an FP but nothing has happened as of yet.

it was..

It was kind of stuck. InfoPass IO told me that it was initiated in 05 when I filed 485 but it didnt come back. I guess the IO, who was working on my case then was proactive so s/he resubmitted the request and it came back in 03/06. I didnt do anything. I did 2 InfoPass and called TSC twice since last month.
