Have any November 2002 filers got their 2nd FP?

received rfe in april and sent response. case status says 05/06 rfe received, no 2nd FP
 
I guess we are those unlucky ones whose finger prints expired before the Pilot Program for concurrent filers started. Seems like our files may not be touched until the ND falls within the processing time, which could be after 5 or 6 months, if the same processing speed continues for next 6 months.

All I had to do was apply 6 months later than I did and I would have probably been approved by now.
