Is there any option to take 2nd FP @ local(Newark) office without notice from BCIS....

dont think so...you gotto have the notice ...they use the notice to link your fingerprints to your case...

i got my 2nd FP taken without notice. Ofcourse, my wife got notice for 2nd FP. Based on my wife's notice, they allowed me to take it.
