For second finger printing do I have to carry any other documents than the PASSPORT and finger printing notice (e.g. EAD , though I have not used it so far)

Typically a photo Id (DL) and the FP notice is all that is needed.
Having your PP is OK (serves as a backup photo id - just in case).
