2nd FP very likely for everybody

I got my 2nd FP notice last week with a scheduled date for next month. I rushed to Boston ASC next day :mad: and got it done. I told I work far away from MA so they allowed. I had responded to their RFE in Aug and was expecting direct approval after that. But they always seem to come with another request at the end of maximum time expected for previous process. For instance, the RFE letter said they would take action within 60 days of recieving the RFE response. And after exactly 60 days they sent 2nd FP notice. I don't know how long I have to wait !! Anybody have any soothing message for me??

Seriously, since u already have completed RFE and second FP, there shouldn't be anything else other than approval. :)
 
I done my second FP on July 31. Almost two month and 22 days.
Called BCIS yesterday for status and same old story .
Opened Inquiry at VSC . Wait till NOV 22 otherwise call us back.
NO RFE or no any other news.
Don't know what's going on ???
 
2nd FP completed

Same here, had 2nd FP this morning. Already got an RFE which they received 08/20/03.

How fast does it move from here? Curious if we can get some info.

done 2nd FP on aug 16, still nothing.

rd was 9/6 :(
have you seen their new "processing time" pdf?
the processing date of 1/15 is there for 4 months now, maybe more.
they even put some color on that PDF by now :)
and yet the date is still 1/15
HOW CAN IT BE 1/15 if my RD is 9/6 and i ain't got NOTHING!
Actually, in july they sent a letter to my home that said "you'll receive a decision soon". Apparently "soon" is another year or two.
That was after attorney asked some govt liason to give them a call.
So that's what they do . . . either nothing or if you call them they mail you a letter saying that you'll receive something "soon".

If i could work like that and keep getting paid i'd probably die from laziness eventually. maybe that's what happened to BICS (or whatever they call themselfs now).
