This thread is to carry some useful info on 2ndFP details..

Only those who have got their 2nd FP do post in this thread, so others would know the trend in getting 2ndFP.

Oct01-Jan02 are likely candidates to have got/abt to get 2nd FP and hence this thread..!

Post ur RD/ND/1stFP/2ndFP/Any RFE?

I got my 2nd FP done last week. I was wondering when I would see my case status being updated. Also has anyone heard of any approvals after 2nd FP?

fp done twice in a 2 months period

anyone here in similar situation.

did once a year back, got one in may this year and again in june.
when i checked why they asked me to do it again in june , they did not give me any reason. now i am waiting for a update on the site about my june fp being ok.

currently it shows may fp received and fp is being reviewed.

how much time do they take to update their online site.

i expected it to change to notice sent for fp in june and then fp ok and processing resumed.

experts please advise what can be done.
called fbi and they said june fp also sent.
called bcis and they just readout the web site

Folks,

All the people who got the second FP request.

How did you find that out? Was the online message changed? or were you sent a letter?

Also, who gets the letter applicant (you), petitioner (your company) or lawyer.

What is the possibility that second FP can be issued after RFE response is recieved by BCIS?

Pattern shows that whoever did in Jan/Feb02 are getting 2nd FP's
of late..!

Others, Pls continue posting ur RD/ND/FP's etc.,[if u got 2nd FP]
