2nd FP - RD 10/2001

I got my 2nd finger printing notice today for June 1st week. Online and AVM still not updated.
Guys has anybody received their approval after 2nd FP?

I got my second FP today. AVM never got updated neighter for first FP nor this one.

AVM Sucks!!!

I got my AP approved on April 22nd and i even got the documents but the AVM and the WEB still says that "it takes 360 to 480 days for the AP, kind of confused about trusting these AVM and WEB messages and still don't know what kind of a system do these people have, or the data entry operator forgot to enter my approval

Do you know what's your case status now and why it takes so long and still waiting? My case is still in RD June, 2001. I was told the case is under name check and need to be cleared by FBI. But as I know, it was assigned to an officer last Dec. Now it's been for almost 6 months and still pending. Please share your experience. Thanks a lot.

Yes. I did 2nd FP on April 9, 2003. I was told they are doing "routine name check" on my case, but nobody knows how long it would be taken. How about your recent situation? Keep in touch.

I have done my 2nd FP on 5/13/03 and about 2 days ago I spoke with an IIO, who told me that the file is pending. My file was also assigned to an officer on 1/13/03. She told me that the final decision is not made.

Have you thought of contacting senators/representative as I guess our case is been pending for nearly 2 years. Let me know what are you plannig to do?

My case has approved on May 19, I did my 2nd FP on April 11, so hang in there, your turn will also come.
