Gurus -
My first FP was taken on 4/2002, so it's expired now.
When I ask my local Conggresman office to check my I-485 case status, they got back to me saying that my FP is expired and I should wait for a notification for a 2nd FP. It's been almost 2 months since the conggresman office give me that update, but I have not received any FP notice from BCIS. The online case status website also still says that my RFE has been received, and says nothing about the 2nd FP.
My question is whether I can just go to the BCIS fingerprinting office and ask them to take my fingerprint without waiting for the notification from BCIS.
If so, what should I bring with me?
How do I submit the FP fee?
