2nd FP question?

Hi,
My wife filed 485 at 12/2001. We did our FP 5/2002. However, my wife got 2nd FP notice 10 days ago. It was scheduled in 9/2003.
I am wondering why I did not get 2nd FP notice. If expried, both my and her 1st FP should have expired.
Is this possible just because she is the primary applicant for our Green Card? Or I should expect my 2nd FP notice very soon.

I saw someone like this too, wait for months and it never comes.
Don't wait, first call 1800 number see if they know why

I have the same situation. We received my husband's second fp notice, but not mine. I called 1-800 number and was told the notice was issued by local BCIS office and I have to check with them. Fortunately my lawyer received for both of us.
So check with your lawyer.

what do you mean by it's issued by local office? Did you guys
receive FP notice from local office?
 
Call BCIS today

Hi,
I called BCIS today. The lady said I have to wait, and I might in a different process line than my wife. She also said perhaps I don't need the 2nd finger print at all.
I also asked the average time of processing 485 case, she told me the average is becoming 19 months.

I guess I have to wait.
