2nd FP Question

Gurus need your help
Its for my Friend:

His 1 FP will be expiring in first week of August 2004, his wife is scheduled to go India in August itself due to some personal reasons.

The issue comes if my friend doesn't get the 2nd FP notice before his wife leaves for India.

Following are questions:

1. Can she be able to get the 2nd FP done in India?
2. Does she need to come back for 2nd FP to USA, which she can not for the time being. In that scenario what are his options?

FP2 doesn't come automatically when FP1 expires plus it normally gives more than a month ahead of time and you can reschedule. So it should work out unless she's gone for years.
