2nd FP posting second time please reply

I485 filed Dec 2002.
First Finger printing Feb 2003.

Received notice for second finger printing on 8/8/2003.

My wife has moved to other state for study. She is secondary. We have filed Ar11 for her saying the move is temporary for a year.

We have two options.
1. Get her finger printing done in CA ( As per notice )
2. Get her finger printing done in a state, where she is presently residing.

Had anybody faced similar situation?. If I opt for second option do you think there will be any issue?

I think your wife can probably try to have her fingerprint taken at a closest USCIS authorized fingerprint agency. Just explain to them that she moved recently. But be sure to take the fingerprint notice with her. Sometimes they will allow it. It doesn't harm to try, right? If she gets denied, then she will need to go back to CA to have her fingerprint taken.

GETTING FINGER PRINT ITSELF IS A BIG DEAL. NOW WITH MULTIPLE REJECTS WHAT ELSE WE COULD DO. LOOKS LIKE THIS AGONY NEVER ENDS
