Hi Friends,
My RD for I-485 is 12/4/2002. Got my I-140 and 1st EAD approved in 2/2003. Gave 1st FP in 2/27/2003. Then got 2nd EAD approved in 1/2004. By May 27th 2004 ie. 5/27/2004 my FP1 got expired (completed 15 month).
Usually after 1st FP1 is expired, how much time INS is taking to notify people who applied for 485 process to do 2nd FP? This would give me a rough idea about the 2nd FP based on the trend. I know its hard to get that response because it might drastically between people.
But atleast can people give few samples of experiences on this issue.
