2nd FP notices are re-mailed to my new address.

Hi,
I got our family's 2nd FP notices.

1st FP were done last year and will pass 15 months soon. 2nd were mailed to my old address and forward back to INS and re-mailed to my new address in few days.

I sent AR-11 forms to notice INS the change of my address but they still mailed it to the old one.

Online message changed to:

"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On May 8, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now INS is prompt to send FP notices to I-485ers intead of sending approval notice. -- A kind of "alian registration"???

second FP sent to my old address

Hi,

Did you do your FP at the place they asked you to?

I got an exact same letter as yours requesting me to do my FP again in July in Raleigh/NC. But, I moved to Boston and the letter was resent to my current address. I filed for address change a long time ago. I am wondering if I could go to the FP place in Boston to do my second FP.

I have the same online message "On May 22, ....mailed" but still did not get the mail.
