My friend just showed me that she got a notice to do the fingerprinting again. She was approved on March 18th and has her passport stamped. The notice said that during a quality review they noticed that they had approved her without getting the second FBI check. At least she got her GC approved before getting the notice. So guys be prepared to get fingerprinted again if you have been approved 15 months after the FP date.
