2nd FP notice received after 18+ months

I am so happy. I feel like my Green Card has been approved. Oh well. The FP date is October 14.

1st FP 03/07/02
RFE Received by INS 07/03/03

AD ?
 
I am also waiting for 2nd FP for more than 18 months....

Lets hope I get it soon....

tick tock, how did you get it! yes, your card is temporarily approved, I think you won't have any further RFE or transfers any more

While waiting to do the 2nd FP, I wonder why you guys don't send a letter to BCIS and ask them this
"Why the heck do you want us to do the 2nd FP instead of approving our cases?"

RFEs, 2nd FPs (issuing notices, reviewing responses, updating on-line status) are totally a waste of time, and BCIS adjudicators' intended moves to further delay 485s.
 
yes, we included that in our petition. Remember?

But the 15 months thing is a policy, that's not something BCIS or USCIS or AMCIS can change.

My lawyer called BCIS last month, and initiated a status inquiry. My wife also applied for her 3rd EAD last month. Maybe these things reminded BCIS of my sorry existence.

My EAC# is 02-07550-XXXX

Congratulations!!! Nowadays getting FP or RFE notice is like half gc process done. Pity us. Hats off to VSC
 
I called so many times. once in July, once in August, once in Sep, no use.

Maybe EAD renewal do trigger green card process.
Found many ppl did EAD renewal have some kind of progress. I have applied EAD renewal recently.
