2nd FP notice recd

We recd a 2nd FP notice for 4/9/03..what does that mean ? Does that mean that processing on our case will only be resumed after we do the FP a 2nd time ?
RD 9/5/01
ND 11/14/01
FP 12/28/01

Any ideas ???
 
This is so frustrating ..

My lawyer says that nothing will happen till we redo our FP..so, we're stuck for another 6-8 weeks .
WILL THIS EVER END ?!?!?!? Here they are approving Nov / Dec cases and I'm a Sept case - ugh !:confused: :mad:

Hey I had a similar case

Try not worry. I had the same case 3 months after my first FP. The second notice did not even acknowledge first FP. Iam not sure but I guess the FP machine malfunctioned.

Hey I am early October case and despite having given 2 fingerprints now I am waiting for my RFE to reach the attorney for the last 3 weeks.

So do what you need to do and leave the rest to faith.
