2nd FP NOTICE...RD:April 2002

SO I got a second FP notice to be done on May 1, 2004.
My RD is April 28, 2002
1st FP: July 8 2002

Does this mean that for SURE my AP won't come until May? How much longer after 2nd FP will I wait (on avarege) for the final approval?

Now I have to renew my AP and EAD...grrrrrrrrr :(

COngrats for 2fp, hope u get your good news soon. I have the same FP1 date as yours, july8, 2002. MY RD:30april,02

Does this mean that i can expect a FP2 soon?. BTW, NJ-NY are you from NJ??
 
Wow!! Great news for April 02 RD NJ Filers

All these days NJ filers has been waiting for their 2nd FP while other state people are getting approved. Now atleast they are sending 2nd FP's for April 02 RD's
 
What's great about it?
How long after 2nd FP does the final approval usually come?
This latest notice just tells me that my file was not lost.
 
Atleast 3 weeks after 2nd FP, if no RFE

I see people are getting approved just 3 weeks after their 2nd FP.
So wait for your approval by end of May 04.

I am a NY April 02, RD.

RD: 4/29/02

Got 2nd FP in January, 04. Did early 2nd FP at 01/20/04. 2nd FP did not updated and it is over two month now. No news.

So don't be so happy and don't go for early FP. It does not help. It creates more mental agitation and tension. One or two cases may be exception.
