2nd FP notice: just 6 months after first

We received a second FP notice for both me and my wife within 6 months of the first one (at Oakland, for a pending case in Vermont). The first FP was in March - and second one is scheduled in September.

I spoke to my lawyer - they think it is an administrative error.

Does anyone have any similar experience?
