My wife was fingerprinted (I-140/I-485) two weeks ago in Seattle, WA. Now we've got another notice for finger printing, at this time the notice of action states "it needs to be cleared by the FBI".
My wife has a wart (a physical defect on her thumb). She showed that to the folks taking fingerprinting at USCIS two weeks ago. They went ahead and took fingerprints anyway.
Question is this, could this second call for FP related to the problem on her thumb ? Clearly her fingerprint appeared with a 'whole' in the middle of the digital picture.
What should I do to let USCIS know that her thumb from the right hand side has a physical defect ?
