2nd fp notice immediately after the first one

I had my fingerprints (Code 3) taken on 01/11/07, today I received a second fp notice (Code 1, notice date is 01/12/07!!). The notice says "FBI was unable to process your fingerprint card"

Can anyone help me on this: What does an immediate 2nd notice mean? Does it literally mean "FBI was unable to process your fingerprint card" or I am having some kind of trouble?

Also, while they wait for 2nd fingerprint, would they do nothing or proceed with name check so that nothing is delayed?

clbd ... I got the same letter that "the fbi was unable to process you fingerprint card". What happened to your case after you took the FPs again?
