2nd FP Notice for wife not for me?? What to do?

I'm sure ths Q must have been asked umpteen times, pls bear with me. After 18 months of 1st FP(we both took together) we finally received notice of 2nd FP from INS. Guess what notce is only for my wife not for me. Any reason why this wud happen?? anybody went thru same experience, pls post ur experience.

not in same situation although from other chains, it looks like your spouce's FPs notice will follow shortly. It is encouraging to read your note though. Our ND is 1/9, and we have not received our FP2. it sounds close.
 
Delayed FP for spouse

It happened to our cases too. FP-2 notice was sent to me on April 1, 2004. FP-2 notice for the spouse was sent on May 13, 2004. Tried calling USCIS in between but without success. Then one day FP-2 notice for spouse showed up. I can understand how annoying it is but hang in there. You will receive the second FP-2 notice soon.

Same here, spouse received 2nd FP notice a week ago and I haven't. I am the primary applicant and we did our 1st FP together on 31st Jan 2003. I am guessing you are the primary applicant!!
Spoke to lawyer, who said we just have to wait for USCIS to generate one for me. Let me know if you have any other means to get a FP generated.

Same with my case

I have not received 2nd FP for me even though my wife has received 2 weeks back. I am waiting for my notice.

An update in my case..

I called my lawyer's office today to see if she rcvd the copy. And YES she did, so I asked her to fax me over.

I'm hoping I shud rcv mine in a week or so as it seems that INS did send Fp notice for me also. If I don't then I will ask my lawyer to fedex me the notice she had, so I can go for FP at the same time with my wife.

I will post my notes though if I rcv FP directly from INS.

Sorry for the false alarm.
I did infact receive my FP notice yesterday in mail. So there was a gap of only a day in receiving notice. Our scheduled time & dates are same.
