2nd FP notice excatly after 15 months

I received today 2nd FP notice, I gave my FP last year 08/30 and as per INS FPs will expire after 15 monthe I got one morw notice. Please advise me if we get 2nd FP is bad? because again it will long to\ime to go for FBI check

as not getting it at all like few of us whos FP1 has expired and have not got FP2 so instead of waiting for Approval , we are now waiting for FP2 notice . I believe it is better thing to get FP2 notice under these circumstances

Its is a good sign and you are lucky to get it on time.

You may expect your approval in the 3 months from now.

I gave 2nd FP on July 12,2003 ,nearing 5 months now . No sign.No online update . Contacted Senator's office they said wait for more 60-90 days.
