2nd FP issued for Nov 2002 case

Hi

I got notice for 2nd FP for secondary, but not for primary yet.

No changes in LUD prior to that.

1st FP done in Jan. 2003
 
You may get 2nd FP notice later if your FP had already expired. primary and secondary may get different FP schedules.
 
Based on recently approved cases, what is the time frame for FP and RFE? Which usually comes first? Certainly getting a 2nd FP is a sign of coming approval. The same is true of RFE.

I wish they can waive me of RFE.
